A scientific-theoretical conference dedicated to June 15 – National Salvation Day was held at the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU), jointly organized by the Library and Information Center and the Department of Social Sciences.
During the conference, Vice-Rector for Educational Organization and Training Technologies Ahmad Malikov noted that National Leader Heydar Aliyev, responding to the persistent demand of the Azerbaijani people during a complex and crucial period in the country's history, returned to political leadership and succeeded in restoring stability and strengthening statehood.
Head of the Department of Social Sciences Elgun Aslanov, Associate Professors Sevda Abdullayeva and Zumrud Gahramanova, as well as Senior Lecturer Shafa Musayeva, spoke about the significant role of the June 1993 events in shaping the destiny of the country.
First-year students of the Faculty of Economics, Huseyn Javadov and Leyla Tagiyeva, also addressed the audience, highlighting the role of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in fostering patriotic values among young people.
At the end of the event, a documentary video dedicated to National Salvation Day was presented.
