Competitions were organized at the faculties of Engineering, Agronomy and Agricultural Economics of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU) dedicated to the Victory Day, November 8.
The students of different faculties were divided into teams and doing their bests for the first place. The winners were awarded at the end.
The events, dedicated to the 8th of November - Victory Day, were also held at the faculties of Soil Science, Agrochemistry and Engineering.
The events began with the singing of the national anthem and honoring the memory of the shehids who gave their lives for the integrity of our lands.
Speakers noted that the Patriotic War, which lasted for forty-four days and ended with liberation of the occupied territories, was the brightest page in our history. Azerbaijani nation, closely united around its leader - the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev in the fight for this right, has demonstrated to the world its strength, courage and struggle.
Then the events continued with an artistic part.
